Strict Subscription Policy: PrintDeck is a digital service. Once a subscription is purchased and the service is active, the amount is generally non-refundable.

1. Subscription Refunds

Since PrintDeck offers a Free Trial / Free Tier for all new users to evaluate the service, all payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," lack of usage, or if you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Please utilize the free period to fully test the platform before committing to a paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time to prevent future charges.

We do not handle refunds for print orders placed with shops. Any money paid to a print shop for printing services is outside our jurisdiction. You must resolve printing disputes directly with the shop owner.
