Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict Subscription Policy: PrintDeck is a digital service. Once a subscription is purchased
and the service is active, the amount is generally non-refundable.
1. Subscription Refunds
Since PrintDeck offers a Free Trial / Free Tier for all new users to evaluate the service, all payments are final
and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," lack of usage, or if you forget to cancel your subscription before
the renewal date.
Please utilize the free period to fully test the platform before committing to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your Shop Dashboard or by emailing
astikverma05@gmail.com with your Shop ID.
- Effect: Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your
current billing cycle. No further charges will be levied.
3. Service Interruptions & Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PrintDeck is provided on an "As Is" basis. We do not provide refunds or
financial compensation for:
- Scheduled maintenance windows.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Google Auth issues,
Supabase).
- Loss of Business: We are strictly a software provider. We are not liable for any lost
revenue, missed print orders, or customer disputes arising from technical downtime.
4. Shop Services
We do not handle refunds for print orders placed with shops. Any money paid to a print shop for printing services
is outside our jurisdiction. You must resolve printing disputes directly with the shop owner.
